2.3.8: Roster times toggle and trust fixes

New

  • Show or hide departure and arrival times on your roster. Turn it off under Settings → Flight scheduling for a cleaner flight card; PIREP and Logbook times are unaffected.

Improved

  • Changing airlines or transferring your hub now clearly warns you upfront that pending flight requests will be cancelled, instead of finding out after the fact.

Fixed

  • Subscribers who had already cancelled were still seeing a "payment didn’t go through, fix payment method" banner. That banner now correctly reflects a completed cancellation.
  • A newly placed flight request could silently delete an already-approved one when your schedule was full. Requests no longer overwrite each other.

2.3.7: Flight request fix

Fixed

  • Flight requests placed before a resignation, airline switch, or hub transfer could be silently dropped from your schedule while still counting against your monthly request limit. Requests are now correctly cleared from your limit if this happens, and affected pilots have had their requested flights restored.

2.3.6: Bug fixes and reliability improvements

Improved

  • Added extra safeguards to Lifetime Access billing to prevent duplicate charges.

Fixed

  • Fixed an issue where switching airlines and signing a new contract could occasionally generate two overlapping flight schedules instead of one continuous roster.
  • Pilots with Lifetime Access can now view their purchase date and receipt under Settings → Billing.

2.3.5: Rest-day and inbox fixes

Fixed

  • Stopped a bug that could repeat the "PIREP Validated" message for the same flight in your inbox. Affected pilots have had their flight hours corrected.
  • Strict rosters now keep your rest-day preference when your schedule extends automatically, instead of occasionally slotting flights back-to-back with no rest.
  • Flight requests placed for next month now respect your rest-day preference instead of landing on the very next open day regardless of rest.

2.3.4: Smarter scheduling, flight requests, and gate info

New

  • Request a Flight is fully automated. Submit a route and it is scheduled on your line with a confirmation in Messages. Up to four custom requests per month.
  • In Strict scheduling, choose how demanding your line feels: Balanced, Relaxed, Demanding, or Maximum realism. Rules adapt to whether you fly short, medium, or long haul.
  • Terminals on career flights where schedule data is available, on dashboard, calendar, assignments, and flight details.
  • Typical gate assignments (Public Beta): shown and labeled Beta where we have data. Gate info is not on every route or airport yet; coverage will expand over time and we do not have a timeline for full rollout. Expect details to change as we refine this feature.

Improved

  • Your Calendar and Assignments show a short line label (for example, Short-haul line · Maximum) so you always know how your roster is built.
  • Departure and arrival times are easier to read on flight cards; gate info stays secondary.

Fixed

  • Subscribers no longer see a brief paywall flash when opening Request a Flight from Messages.
  • Strict rosters now keep rest days when your schedule rolls forward (including flights that fall in the next calendar month, within your 30-day line).
  • If your roster still has no rest days from before this update, open Settings → Flight scheduling, choose Strict, and pick a Roster intensity (Balanced, Demanding, or Maximum realism). That rebuilds the next 30 days with proper rest.

2.3.3: Hawaiian Airlines, Wizz Air, and dispatch search fix

  • Hawaiian Airlines: fly the Pacific network from Honolulu with inter-island B717 legs and mainland A330/B787 routes.
  • Wizz Air: Central and Eastern European magenta LCC, with 200+ real short-haul routes from Budapest and across the Wizz base map.

  • Request a flight (dispatch) route search now resolves IATA airport codes to ICAO, so legs you could see on the timetable but not find when requesting a flight. For example, searching JFK or BUD instead of KJFK/LHBP now shows up correctly.

  • Your career line keeps filling in ahead — fewer empty weeks on the calendar while you stay subscribed.
  • Short, medium, and long haul filters in Flight Browser line up with how those trips actually feel when you fly them.

  • Rare cases where the same flight could show twice on one day in your roster.

  • Upcoming personal flight on Home sits next to your next career assignment. Hide career or Hide personal if you only fly one way.

  • Calendar icon on route cards and flight details makes scheduling a route a single tap, with a simple date picker.
  • Calendar opens in month view when you are exploring, and week view when you have an active subscription, so the first screen matches how you use the app.

Fixed

  • Rare career scheduling cases where some pilots could see more than one long-haul duty on the same day. Pairings now follow more realistic return and rest timing.

  • Recently bookmarked on Home: up to two saved routes as full Flight Browser cards, with See all for your full shortlist. On phone and iPad they sit right after Quick actions; on desktop they stay in the main column below your next assignment.
  • Hide career on Home works like Hide crew ID. Turn off upcoming assignments, contract prompts, rank progress, and fleet notices when you mostly fly from Flight Browser.

  • Home dashboard brings career and Flight Browser together: upcoming assignment, bookmarks, quick actions, flight time, and weather on one screen.
  • Crew ID card: refreshed 3D look with clearer rank, base, and seniority.
  • Desktop and large-screen layout: wider content areas, two-column Home, and split Messages only on true desktop widths. Tablets and phones keep the familiar full-screen inbox.
  • Subscription banner spans the full app width on desktop and iPad landscape, including the sidebar, same as on phone.
  • Flight Browser: faster search, smarter recent-search history without single-letter entries, and smoother scrolling without the search bar fighting the filter panel.
  • Overall performance and responsiveness across browsing, roster, and logbook views.

  • Qatar Airways route coverage: missing routes restored in Flight Browser and career schedules.
  • Messages on iPad and phone: full-screen reading and reliable scrolling again. Split inbox only on wide desktop.

  • Pilot reports for Career flights go through dispatch review before block time credits to your logbook, like real airline paperwork.
  • Expanded PIREP form with fuel, weather, runways, flight rules, taxi times, delays, and more, always visible when you want to log the full story from your sim session.

  • Profile and Logs screens reorganized for less clutter: clearer identification, seniority, type ratings by aircraft family, and a dedicated Logs home for PIREPs vs logbook entries.
  • Flight Browser route cards match career assignment style: tap a card to fly; bookmark without starting a leg by accident.
  • Route coverage refreshed across multiple European airlines for broader, more realistic line flying.
