SimRoster is a simulation and entertainment product. The following disclaimer applies to your use of our website, application, and all related services. 1. Not Real Aviation
SimRoster is designed for flight simulation and entertainment purposes only. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any real airline, aviation authority, regulatory body, or training organization. All airline names, themes, and related content used in our services are for simulation and thematic purposes only. No real-world aviation operations, certifications, or procedures are represented or taught through our services. Our service simulates a pilot career within a fictional context that may resemble real-world structures (such as routes, ranks, or scheduling) purely for entertainment value.
Nothing in our services constitutes professional aviation advice, flight training, or certification. Our services do not qualify you for any real-world pilot license, rating, or employment. If you are interested in real aviation training or certification, you must contact appropriate licensed institutions and authorities. We do not provide any guarantee that our simulated content reflects current or accurate real-world operations, and you must not rely on our content for any real-world aviation decision.
2. Third-Party Trademarks, Airline Names, and Logos

SimRoster is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected with any of these airlines or brand owners. References to aircraft types, manufacturers, or other aviation-related brands in our services are also for simulation and thematic purposes only. No endorsement or affiliation with any such third party is implied. Real-world aviation is a highly regulated industry; our simulation does not replicate, and should not be confused with, actual airline operations, procedures, or branding in a commercial or regulatory sense.
3. No Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of our services or any content therein. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that any feature, route, airline theme, or other content will remain available for any particular period. Your use of our services is at your sole risk. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or your inability to use them. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other loss or damage. 6. Subscription, Payment, and No Refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed at $4.99 per month or $59 per year through third-party payment providers. Subscription terms, cancellation, and billing are governed by our Terms of Use and the payment provider's terms. We do not guarantee availability of any specific feature for any specific period. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. All fees paid for subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including partial billing periods, unused time, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the service. By subscribing, you agree to this no-refund policy. 7. No Professional Advice
Nothing in our services or in this disclaimer constitutes legal, tax, financial, aviation, or other professional advice.
