SimRoster is a simulation and entertainment product. The following disclaimer applies to your use of our website, application, and all related services. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer. This disclaimer should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Not Real Aviation
SimRoster is designed for flight simulation and entertainment only. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any real airline, aviation authority, regulatory body, or training organization. Flight Browser routes, Career Mode assignments, ranks, and schedules are simulated for entertainment. They may resemble real-world structures but are not operational data. No real-world aviation operations, certifications, or procedures are represented or taught. Our service does not connect to or control your flight simulator.
Nothing in our services constitutes professional aviation advice, flight training, or certification. Our services do not qualify you for any real-world pilot license, rating, or employment. If you are interested in real aviation training or certification, you must contact appropriate licensed institutions and authorities. We do not provide any guarantee that our simulated content reflects current or accurate real-world operations, and you must not rely on our content for any real-world aviation decision.
2. Third-Party Trademarks, Airline Names, and Logos
Our services may display or reference the names, logos, and other branding of real-world airlines and other third parties. These are used solely for thematic and entertainment purposes within our flight simulation experience. All such names, logos, and indicia are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. SimRoster is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected with any of these airlines or brand owners. Our use of airline names and logos does not imply any relationship with or approval from those rights holders. We do not claim any ownership of or rights in third-party trademarks.
If you are a trademark or rights holder and believe that our use of your mark in our simulation context is not permitted, please contact us at hello@simroster.com. We respect intellectual property rights and will consider good-faith requests. Users of our service may not use our platform or any content within it to suggest or imply endorsement by or affiliation with any real airline or other third party.
References to aircraft types, manufacturers, or other aviation-related brands in our services are also for simulation and thematic purposes only. No endorsement or affiliation with any such third party is implied. Real-world aviation is a highly regulated industry; our simulation does not replicate, and should not be confused with, actual airline operations, procedures, or branding in a commercial or regulatory sense.
3. No Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of our services or any content therein. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that any feature, route, airline theme, or other content will remain available for any particular period. Your use of our services is at your sole risk. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or your inability to use them. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other loss or damage. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on content or features within our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater, as set out in our Terms of Use. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities; in such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. Third-Party Content and Services
Our services may contain references to or integrate with third-party content or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or services. Inclusion of any link or reference does not imply our endorsement. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party site or service. Payment for subscriptions is processed by third-party payment providers; we are not responsible for their handling of your payment data beyond what we receive for subscription management.
If you access our service through a third-party platform (such as an app store or browser), your use may also be subject to that platform's terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of platforms, hosting providers, or other third parties. Any dispute relating to a third-party service should be directed to that third party. Our disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability apply to the fullest extent permitted by law with respect to your use of SimRoster, and do not extend to third-party services except where we are legally responsible for their integration.
6. Subscription, Lifetime Access, Payment, and No Refunds
Full access to SimRoster generally requires a paid plan. As of May 2026, new subscriptions are $5.99 per month or $59 per year through Stripe. Some existing monthly subscribers may keep a grandfathered rate of $4.99 per month while that subscription remains active. We may also offer a limited one-time lifetime purchase (currently $49.99 USD when advertised and in stock). There is no time-limited free trial. One paid plan includes Flight Browser, Career Mode, logbook, and related features described on our website and in the app.
Subscription terms, cancellation, grandfathering, and billing are governed by our Terms of Use and Stripe's terms. We do not guarantee that any feature, airline, route count, price, or lifetime offer will remain available for any period. We may modify or discontinue features or offers as described in our Terms of Use. All fees for subscriptions and lifetime access are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. 7. No Professional Advice
Nothing in our services or in this disclaimer constitutes legal, tax, financial, aviation, or other professional advice. You should not rely on SimRoster or any content within it for decisions that could have legal, financial, or safety implications. If you need professional advice, you should consult a qualified professional in the relevant field. Our service is intended solely for entertainment and simulation in a flight simulation context.
8. Changes to This Disclaimer
We may update this disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal or operational reasons. We will post the updated disclaimer on our website and update the "Last updated" date.
