Stability achieved, what’s next for SimRoster

We’ve reached our stability milestone after v1.2. New airlines, a major new feature, and enhanced type ratings are on the way. Here’s what that means for you.

Back in mid-February, we said we wouldn’t add new airlines or features until we stabilized SimRoster, fixed early bugs, and met your expectations. We wanted to build a solid foundation first.

With v1.2 shipped, the full visual refresh we announced earlier this month, we’ve reached that milestone. Boarding-pass flight cards, a real paper logbook, your crew ID, and a PIREP form that stays out of your way are all live. If you missed the details, we’ve got you covered.

SimRoster has a new look, full details here

What this means for you

Stability doesn’t mean standing still. It means we can finally grow in the directions you’ve been asking for.

New airlines

Turkish Airlines and Iberia are now live as of v1.3, both top requests from our Instagram Q&A. JetBlue and others are still on the list.

A major new feature

A big feature is coming soon that will give you more flexibility in how you use SimRoster. You’ll know where to fly, anytime, anywhere. We’ll share more as we get closer.

Enhanced realism

Type ratings are being updated so you’ll fly the same aircraft type throughout each rank, just like real airline pilots. No more jumping between unrelated types. Your progression will feel consistent and authentic.

Thanks for your patience and support while we built that foundation. Now it’s time to grow. Blue skies.
